Carrying the throne up Cadair Idris
Those of you who have stayed in our B & B will have seen the beautiful one-off pieces of furniture made for us by Sylvantutch. Some of the Sylvantutch gang are heading home to South Africa in the near future and, in typically original style, decided to thank Wales for welcoming them by leaving a very special present. They carried an 8 foot throne made of reclaimed fence posts nearly 3000ft to the summit of Cadair Idris. A fitting gift to the mountain, which is said to be the chair of the Welsh giant Idris.
