Camping Facilities
You won’t find a club house, children’s playground or swimming pool at Graig Wen. But you can buy a craft beer for the camp fire, order croissants and barista coffee for breakfast in peak season and the beach is just down the road. Parents can keep an eye on kids playing in a natural, wild environment or scampering up to the honesty ice-cream freezer.
Cleanliness is extremely important to us and we take pride in keeping our simple washing facilities sparkling clean. We provide hot water, anti-bacterial soap, hand sanitiser, disposable hand towels – and plenty of loo roll from sustainable sources!
Our site meanders across 40 acres of wild Snowdonia woodland and meadows so varying facilities are located in different areas.
Everyone has access to the washing facilities, conventional loos, hot showers, shop and reception facilities on the upper part of the camp site for camper vans. However you’ll rarely find these crowded as there are other compost loos and hot showers dotted around the site for tent campers and glampers. There are more showers than first meets the eye! Guests staying in some glamping accommodation have private facilities and others use shared facilities. You can find our Site Map here.
